I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to all the Lourdes tourist spots and just a short walk away from the sanctuary. We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, right by the river and in a central area. The staff, from the Manager down to the reception desk, went out of their way to help and provide a great service. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also excellent, offering delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel also had a sun terrace and Wi-Fi, which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend this place to others!
